Beaches tackle cigarette problem with butt boxes

Atlantic and Neptune beaches want to snuff out their problems with cigarette butts. Anne Marie Moquin and Lauren McPhaul have had 65 cigarette butt canisters installed at beach accesses in Atlantic and Neptune and in popular areas of the Beaches Town Center.
