Beaches Go Green participates and educates in plastic pollution reduction and recycling

Last week Beaches Go Green worked with 85 volunteers to clean up the Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach town center. The group cleaned up bags of trash, items for composting and recycling and over 4,000 cigarette butts. In September, Beaches Go Green participated in World Cleanup Day Beach Cleanup at Jacksonville Beach in the area around the pier.
