Celebrating Our Beaches Go Green School Clubs of the Year 2024-2025 🌍
We’re thrilled to recognize the Beaches Go Green Student Clubs of the Year! These student-led clubs have gone above and beyond in their commitment to environmental education, creativity, and community involvement. Their passion for protecting the planet inspires real behavior change—and proves that small actions can truly lead to big impacts.
Congratulations to Our 2024–25 Club of the Year Recipients:
Mandarin High School
Sandalwood High School
St. Paul’s Catholic School – Jacksonville Beach
To celebrate their achievements, we presented each club with a one-of-a-kind repurposed surf trophy, beautifully adorned with collected beach trash (special thanks to Sisters of the Sea!). These unique creations symbolize the creativity, purpose, and impact these clubs bring to their schools and communities.

“As a teacher sponsor, I couldn’t be more pleased with the efforts of our officers and club members this year. We set some ambitious goals to increase environmental education and engagement by our members, and I was blown away by the result. I’m looking forward to using the momentum from this year to propel the club and its message to new heights in this coming year. This organization is truly paving the way, giving rise to future environmental leaders.”

“As the teacher sponsor, I am incredibly proud of all that our club accomplished this year. From meaningful projects to enthusiastic member involvement, our students truly went above and beyond. One highlight was winning an award for our creative work in Deck the Chairs— a testament to the talent and teamwork within this group. I’m excited to build on this energy and enthusiasm as we head into another year full of fresh ideas and creative opportunities. I can’t wait to see what this amazing team will dream up next!”

“I’m so proud of our Beaches Go Green students and families for earning BGG Middle School Club of the Year. This recognition is a reflection of the passion, teamwork, and heart they poured into every project. Katie and Kynslee led each meeting with maturity and enthusiasm, while Isla Blu went above and beyond with our school’s recycling efforts. Many dedicated moms and teachers also stepped up to lead and support us along the way. It was truly a team effort, and I’m grateful to be part of such a caring and committed community!”
